Rope Technician CPQ System - level 2

The CPQ2 is the certification for being a professional Rope Technician

In the referential system of the professional branch with its 3 levels of CPQ certification, CPQ2 is the final certification for a Rope Technician.

The Rope Technician CPQ2 is neither a super-high rise climber, nor a rope expert, nor a team or construction site manager. He is an experienced technician in his trade specialty (civil engineering, building or industrial construction, etc.).

CPQ2 certifies to necessary skills to work autonomously on ropes. Besides mastering rope techniques, the CPQ2 validates the ability to use professional experience and technical knowledge in a professional manner...

A – Evaluate the appropriateness of an operation

B – Analyze the construction site restrictions

B1/ The operation area

B2/ Electric lines in the air

B3/ Anchoring and fixing

B4/ Configuration of the work and/or of the operation area

C – Setting up the workstation(s)

Harmonisation des Épreuves des 2 Certifications CQP2 et CATC

Epreuves CQP2 :

1/ QCM : un QCM de connaissances générales de 40 questions et un de 10 questions sur la pose des ancrages ;

2/ Entretien avec un jury et soutenance d’un dossier d’expérience ;

3/ Équipement dans une situation de travail avec le déplacement d’une charge de maximum 100 kg avec utilisation des techniques d’escalade pour accéder en hauteur et/ou installer une ligne de vie ;

4/ Sauvetage, (Évacuation Secours) ;
