Rope Technician CPQ System - level 1

The CPQ1 is the minimum level a Rope Technician must have before he can start working.

In the Rope Technician CPQ program, the CPQ level 1 requirements comply with the obligations of the decree 2004-924 of 1 September 2004 and the DRT Bill 2005-08 of 27 June 2005 that specifies the employees’ training conditions for work at height operations: (article R4323-89) to work on ropes [… workers receive specifically adapted training to work on at height operations and rescue procedures…].

Based on the skill standards specified collegially by the French CPQ, level 1 certifies the abilities and the knowledge necessary to work safely on ropes within a strict framework...
